Social media influencer Mihlali Ndamase has found herself finds in a scandal after being accused of physically assaulting controversial blogger Musa Khawula on Friday. Khawula posted a picture of a bruise on his forehead.

Khawula, who is known for trashing celebrities, was allegedly physically attacked at Mihlali's boyfriend, Leeroy Sidambe's office after he was tricked into a meeting. A source close to the situation says Mihlali has been waiting for the day she would meet up with Khawula. According to the source, Khawula was tricked into the "'meeting" not knowing that Mihlali will be there. "They trapped him into thinking he was meeting with Leeroy," adds the source. In May last year, Khawula shared Mihlali's address and phone number as if that was not enough, the popular blogger also dragged Mihlali's mother into their fight. " You can't insult someone's mother and think you will get away with it," adds the source. Another source says Leeroy did not stop his girlfriend from physically assaulting Khawula. "Mihlali is a fighter, Leeroy knows this, he has experienced her range, " adds one source. Taking to her Instagram stories in response to Khawula's posting about Mihlali beating him up, the beauty influencer seemed to have had enough of Khawula's insults and retaliated that she'd do it again.

According to an insider, Khawula did not bother to press charges, but he vowed to get back at Mihlali. " Musa does not care, he will still talk about her and her shenanigans," another source said. In response to Khawula's accusation, Mihlali seemingly confirmed his claims. "I am not done with you. Never think you will get away with disrespecting my mother," she wrote. Mihlali was spotted at the Hollywood Durban July on Saturday, and so was Khawula who was working at the same gig. According to the source, the pair kept their distance. Both Khawula and Mihlali could not be reached for comment.
