There seems to be a growing trend of celebrities venturing into the real estate industry. Former Real Housewives of Johannesburg (RHOJ) reality star Brinnette Seopela is the latest celebrity to join the property business.

GROWING TREND 

Last month, Zimoja reported that the Metro FM afternoon drive show host Tbo Touch will be selling houses. ZiMoja can reveal that Seopela is currently busy with her real estate licence. The former RHOJ star says she is excited about her new venture. " I am excited and beyond," she says. Seopela says she is currently attending an eight-month course to obtain her licence. But the ever-glamorous star says she won't be dealing with lower LSM and she will certainly not be dealing with rentals." I will be targeting the high rollers, I won't be selling small houses, I will be selling mansions and penthouses."

SHE DOES NOT CARE WHAT PEOPLE WILL THINK OF HER 

The Soweto born says she does not care what people will think, in fact, she is happy when people question her. "I have heard so many rumours about me, I don't care if people talk. I don't suffer from abantu bazothini syndrome," she said. Seopela who is a marketing graduate says she does not believe in putting her eggs in one basket. "Many people do not know that before I became a celebrity, I was working in corporate as a marketing executive, I am looking forward to this challenge," When asked how she got involved in the property business, Seopelo said Diaan Daniels, who has an existing property business, approached her to join his company as a partner. "I was over the moon, with him by my side I know I will do well," she says.
