Fired uMkhonto weSizwe Party (MK) founder Jabulani Khumalo has dismissed claims that he has joined the African National Congress (ANC). This comes after a video went viral on social media platforms, where someone resembling Khumalo was seen being introduced to members of the ANC.
NO LINK TO ANC
Jabulani, who was fired by the MK Party after the allegations that he was raising funds using the name of the party and had obtained a luxurious vehicle from the opposition, said this was utter nonsense.
"That?s not me and don?t call me about social media things," he said when called for comment. MK Party Interim Spokesperson, Nhlamulo Ndhlela, said that they were not aware.
"We are not aware about Jabulani joining the ANC," he said.
HE GOT MARRIED
Meanwhile things seem to be looking up for Jabulani on a personal front. Sources claim that Khumalo paid 18 cows and Umabo (gift offering) for his sweetheart, Thulile Mfeka from Umlalazi in Eshowe in the North of KwaZulu Natal, three weeks ago.
It is unclear as to how long have Thulile and Khumalo have been dating."The ceremony was a talk of town. We had fun and there was lot of free booze and food during the ceremony," the source said. Asked about the wedding, Jabulani dropped the phone.
