He was meant to appear at the Port Shepstone Magistrates Court in KwaZulu-Natal in December but failed to do so, citing medical reasons. Businessman Nzozo Njilo, the brother of boxing champion Phumlani Njilo and the ex-husband of Faith Nketsi, is in trouble with the law again after failing to produce a medical certificate.

ACCUSED

Nzuzo and co-accused Kwanda Ntshangase are set to appear in court on Tuesday on fraud allegations. The pair are accused of pretending to be truck salesmen in 2021 and duping a buyer of R1.5 million. They were arrested and granted R10,000 bail in November 2023. Nzuzo also had a fraud charge after he allegedly defrauded Blaine Evans and James Stephens of more than R900,000 through their company, Lund Industries, after entering a deal to purchase copper concentrate from Nzuzo's company.

FAILED MARRIAGE

The businessman was briefly married to reality TV star Nketsi, with whom he has a child. The two went their separate ways in December 2023. Nzuzo has not availed himself of comment.
