They have been together for twenty-three, and within these years, had two children. Nkosinathi Hadebe couldn't afford to pay lobola for his sweetheart, let alone a wedding. This was until good Samaritans, decided to organise a wedding for them. Hadebe will walk down the aisle with the mother of his children Zandile Cele. The couple will get hitched in what's called the 'KZN Provincial Wedding' today in Durban in KwaZulu Natal.

DREAM WEDDING
Hadebe's wedding caught media attention in KZN after he wrote to the Durban-based radio station Vuma FM in a show hosted by Jacinta Ngobese early last month where he shared his pain and fears of losing Cele because he was battling to pay lobola to marry her. Hadebe a security guard, told Ngobese that he fears that the mother of his kids was going to leave him because his salary was not enough to pay for lobola, get married or build her a home. The story touched many people who volunteered to make his dream of marrying his sweetheart true as they understood their pain and the love they have shared for the past 23 years. Sharing his story with ZiMoja, Hadebe said that he is grateful for everything and that he never expected that his story will touch so many people. "I love Zandile, and I want to spend the rest of my life with her. When I wrote to Jacinta, I wanted to remind her that nothing had changed and that she must never think that I had forgotten the promises I made to her. I have always put her first because she has been with me through my darkest days. After all, she is the mother of my kids who sacrificed everything to stay with me when I had nothing. I still don't have anything, but I know that things will be alright for both of us," he said.
SHOWERED WITH DONATIONS

Moja Love's Umshado reality TV show presenter Linda Sibiya offered to be the MC for the day, AmaZulu president Sandile Zungu offered to pay for the catering, well-known Durban-based pastor Vusi Dube offered the couple pre-wedding counseling and to officiate the wedding.
