He touched down in South Africa on Thursday for the DStv Delicious International Food and Music Festival in Kyalami. On Saturday US rapper Busta Rhymes (52) gave a thrilling performance of his best hits, then celebrated at Sandton Nightclub, Liv, with friends and music industry peers. What was meant to end off as a great evening ended in a search party looking for an iPhone 12 valued at about R14 000 by one of his team members, which was allegedly stolen during his performance at Liv.
STOLEN
The rapper has offered a whopping R90 000 to anyone who can help trace his phone that holds valuable information. In a video on social media, Busta Rhymes stopped the party and called out whoever might have stolen the phone. "If you took the iPhone 12, you're a p**y, literally!' he said. "$5,000 to the person who returns this lady's iPhone,' he said. "Please bring it back and do the honourable thing. Let's represent the African people the way we are supposed to.' He went further and got a big angry. "I want that iPhone 12. F**k you! I'm not joking, either. I'm smiling because I'm happy.'
