World-renowned DJ Black Coffee has spoken about the breakdown of his marriage to actress and fashion designer Enhle Mbali Mlotsha. The award-winning star said one of the things that made him feel under appreciated in his marriage was that his efforts to show affection were not met with the high expectations he had.

HIGH EXPECTATION

In the interview, Coffee said: "For me, I think I modelled marriage my own way, alone, because of my upbringing, my parents failing in marriage, and me not being raised by both of them. I created my own world where I am like, You know, when I get a chance to do this thing, I'm going to do it this way, so much that you want to lead," he said.

RULES MARRIAGE OUT

In another interview, he revealed that he won't ever get married. He said, "Today I know for a fact I won't get married again. I'm clear about that because I am now in a better space for understanding women." Although the pair's marriage grabbed headlines for years, there have been accusations of unfaithfulness in the marriage. Mbali alleged that Black Coffee had cheated on her and that he had sired a child with another woman, but he didn't entertain the allegations.

He said that he wanted to make his marriage work, but he felt he wasn't getting the same effort from Mbali. While they were still going through a bitter divorce, Mbali alleged that the papgeld she was getting from him wasn't enough, but he refuted this, saying that she wanted to live a luxurious lifestyle at his expense.
