She has had about ten surgeries on her body, including two-boob jobs, two nose jobs, an eyelids lift, fat transfer to her cheeks from stomach liposuction, multiple lip injections, a tummy tuck and fat injections on her buttocks. But controversial socialite and businesswoman Ennie Tembie Clearly neè Tshabalala, known as Bargeoise Brazil is raging with anger after a recent nose job she received from a Johannesburg surgeon was botched.

USING MAKE-UP TO COVER 

Bargeoise Brazil says she has been hiding the botched nose job for over a year now. "I need plastered makeup to hide this hideous thing,' she says. "Everyone knows I am no fan of dirty mud on my face.' Venting to ZiMoja, Bargeoise Brazil says he wanted something simple and classic. "Instead, he created madness on my body. I asked for a simple Barbie nose with a high bridge and very small nostrils, cat eyes, cheekbones - all very showy of a plastic look that I live for. All I ever wanted was a rare plastic look and non-African-looking nose, we have plenty of those breathing and sniffing around us," she says. "He agreed and promised a 'knock out the park' which he failed dismally.'

THE SURGICAL MESS

Instead of perfection, she got something else. "He slit my upper eyelids for cat-eye-look and I still look the same,' she says. "The only eye illusion I have is via my eye pencils. Besides, I've always had intriguing eyes. He liposuctioned my stomach for fat to inject in my cheeks for a visible plastic look and failed. He forgot that fat settles and also fades, so you need to put more (Duh!). My tummy is left unequalled.' Bargeoise Brazil says he showed her doctor the results. "He told me it is how it is supposed to be. TF?! I was normal before his madness,' she says. "He failed the improvement memo. I'm not seeking perfection, for I know that doesn't exist and want none of that. I'm fine with my daredevil eyes.'

MONEY WASTED

For the surgery, she paid paid R180 000. To try to repair the damage, she has spent more and counting. "I've never had any complications with all my surgeries. The surgeons know who they are dealing with and need no stinging from me,' she says. "For this nose job mess, I have cashed out a lot to be aggravated by the incompetent looney who is a money-hungry surgeon.'

She has several other doctors who botched her previous surgeries.

SELF SATISFACTION

Bargeoise Brazil goes under the knife to achieve whatever she wants and for her own satisfaction "But most South African plastic surgeons are incompetent failures of note who must be questioned and nailed to the core,' she says. "Most of these surgeons lie and have rude tendencies due to failure to launch and never own up to their botchery,' she adds.'
