Former Bafana Bafana and Kaizer Chiefs middle fielder Siyethemba Sithebe has failed to score a single goal for the troubled Amakhosi this season. However, at the home front, he never misses. Sithebe (31) is expecting a second child with his partner, Samantha Khoza. Sithebe shared photos of their maternity shoot with a heavily pregnant Samantha and their eldest daughter, Blue.

The couple is expecting their child this month as given away by Blue, holding a board written: "Promoted to big sister May 2024." During the photo shoot, the family was wearing matching blue jeans and white tops. In another outfit, the couple is wearing a matching cream white outfit with Samantha's top exposing her bulging belly. Speaking to ZiMoja, Sithebe said he is thrilled at the fact that his family is growing.
"I am happy my family is growing that is all I can say,' he said.
DIFFICULT SEASON
The attacking midfielder, 31, joined Chiefs in 2022 from AmaZulu but he struggled to gain game time due to injuries. Before joining Usuthu in 2017, Sithebe, who hails from Newcastle in northern KwaZulu-Natal, played his football in Mpumalanga province for Mbombela United between 2015 and 2017. With his contract expiring on June 30, Sithebe and Chiefs management will decide if he stays at the Naturena outfit or he will move to another team. Sithébe, who has eight caps with Bafana Bafana after making his international debut in 2020, has not played for the national team in the past few years.
