South African actress Khayakazi Kula is currently in the middle of a legal battle with her alleged baby daddy, whose name is known to Zimoja. The actress was spotted at the maintenance court.

It is alleged that the father of her child is a doctor, who has since gotten married and has not been paying child support for a while. According to sources close to the situation, the daughter is now a teen and the actress has been carrying most of the costs alone hence she decided to approach the court of law. "You can't tell me that a doctor who has his own practice can't afford to help out with school fees. The poor girl has been supporting her child since birth while this guy is busy living his best life," the source said. 

Khayakazi, known for her role in the popular TV series on Blood Psalm, has expressed her frustration over the situation. She is not willing to play "Mbokodo" while the father of her child is alive and making money. The legal battle is likely to be a long one, because her ex is citing that business is not doing well but Khayakazi is determined to fight for her child's rights. Khayakazi is not backing down and will do whatever it takes to ensure that her child receives the support they are entitled to.Called for comment, she said, child maintenance is nothing strange or peculiar for single mothers.

"We broke up some years ago.The relationship didn't work out. He's found love and he's been happily married for two years now. My relationship with him is on and off because we sometimes disagree on certain things. His relationship with his child is okay. When he gets time he does go to PE to go see his child or when my daughter is here in Joburg he makes time," she said without divulging when the father last paid papgeld.
